Mrs. Amy Wilken is proud to serve as the inaugural principal of CPE, where she is committed to building a school culture centered on relationships, high expectations, and a love of learning for every child. With nearly two decades in education, Mrs. Wilken has served students and families in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, dean of students, gifted teacher, and assistant principal, experiences that have shaped her student-first approach to leadership.

Mrs. Wilken believes that strong schools are built through collaboration, positivity, and a shared commitment to helping every student succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Her leadership focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where students feel valued, teachers feel empowered, and families feel connected to the school community.

As a founding principal, she is passionate about establishing traditions, fostering school pride, and creating meaningful opportunities for students to grow as learners and leaders. She works closely with staff and families to ensure that all students receive a high-quality education that challenges them to reach their full potential while nurturing curiosity, creativity, and character.

Mrs. Wilken is known for her energetic and relationship-driven leadership style and believes that when schools and families work together, students thrive. She is honored to serve the CPE community and looks forward to building a strong foundation where every member of The Pack feels welcomed, supported, and inspired.

 

 

 

Mrs. Brooke Neves is honored to serve as Central Pike Elementary’s inaugural Assistant Principal. As a graduate of Wilson Central High School, former student teacher at Rutland Elementary School, and former educator at Gladeville Middle School, she truly has a heart for this community. She takes tremendous pride in CPE and is committed to supporting our students, faculty, staff, and families. 

Mrs. Neves earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from MTSU and Master of Arts in Instructional Leadership from TN Tech. She began her career in 2017 and has served in a variety of roles, including elementary teacher, middle school teacher, interventionist, instructional coach, and elementary site coordinator. These impactful roles and experiences have contributed to her deep passion for instructional leadership and administration. 

Mrs. Neves believes that school should be a place where everyone is welcome, valued, supported, and respected. She deeply values building strong relationships, clear communication, collaboration, and a mindset of both rigor and continuous improvement. She believes all students and teachers are capable of amazing things, and she is excited for the opportunity to lead and serve the CPE community.
